Yes we have planning permission for the park to become a residential park. Once the design is complete we can apply for a license which is in process and should be complete by the end of 2024.

The monthly charge is £225. This covers; Security including CCTV, electric private gates, grounds park maintenance, street lighting, onsite park manager, roads, drainage and sewage. This is reviewed annually on January 1st, in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

While living on our park, you are protected under the Mobile Homes Act 1983, which provides comprehensive security for residents. This legislation ensures your rights to occupy your home, including protection from unfair eviction and the right to sell or gift your home. It also covers the terms of your agreement with us, ensuring transparency and fairness.
